These terms govern your use of DTA Inspect Cloud (the "Service"), provided by DroneTech Aerospace Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
DTA Inspect Cloud is a subscription platform for capturing, analysing, reviewing, reporting and sharing drone-based inspections. We provide it on a software-as-a-service basis and may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during a billing term.
AI-assisted detection produces advisory suggestions only. It does not make inspection judgements. A qualified person is responsible for reviewing, accepting or rejecting suggestions and for the findings in any issued report. You remain responsible for the professional conclusions you deliver to your clients.
You retain all rights in the content you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it to provide the Service. You can export your content and close your account at any time; we do not hold your data hostage.
Free trials require no card and convert to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe. Paid plans are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the paid term. Pricing shown on the site is indicative during launch and confirmed at checkout.
We target high availability and publish service levels for paid and Enterprise plans. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the final agreement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
